How to insert media?

In fact in wordpress we can find media library,suppose we uploaded a file in the month of march 2018,and if we want to reuse that  when ever a developer of wordpress can use at any time

Here inserting media can be done in two ways one is set featured image and another is simply add media and making that media insering in the the post,

The media inserting in the post can be customised after inserting in to wordpress and can make it clear in the post

As inserting media we can also edit media,delete media 

Editing media means we can change size of media,we can change or edit position of media in wordpress post

deleting means you can permanently remove that media just by clicking that image separately delete permanently  option
